At YG Seiko, each watch is crafted with meticulous attention to detail to ensure you receive a timepiece that truly stands out. From assembly to final inspection, our process takes approximately 2-3 weeks. Once completed, your watch is shipped out and typically arrives within 7-10 business days.

While this timeframe may feel longer, it's a reflection of the dedication and quality that goes into every piece. We believe a beautiful, handcrafted watch is worth the wait—and we think you will, too.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A WATCH?

Yes, we offer a 1-year in-house guarantee on the movement of our watches. However, if the watch is altered in ways that affect the movement, such as changes to the crown, glass, or bezel which impact and touch the movement, the warranty may become void.
